Whether for prevention or intervention, the eCHECKUP TO GO web-based applications go beyond a traditional education-only approach to support lasting behavioral change through brief, self-guided programs that each take about 20 minutes to complete.
Since 2003, the eCHECKUP TO GO suite of programs has been used by over 600 institutions internationally and assisted millions of students and other users.
The eCHECKUP TO GO programs draw their evidenced-based nature from Motivational Interviewing, Social Norms Theory, and Personalized Feedback Interventions to spark intrinsic motivation for change.
